Our policy on returns, refunds, and what to do if something isn't right.
Every orgonite pyramid from The Northern Daisy is handcrafted to order, assembled with intention, one piece at a time. These terms reflect the care that goes into each creation and the transparency you deserve as a customer.
Because each piece is a custom creation made specifically for your order, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, color preference, or personal taste.
These are handcrafted tools built with time, selected materials, and focused intention. That process begins the moment your order is placed.
Handmade work carries the character of the hands that shaped it. Slight variations in color, crystal placement, and resin finish are part of what makes your piece one of a kind. These natural differences are features of handcrafted work, not defects.
No two pyramids will look exactly alike. That is by design.
If something goes wrong, I want to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or significantly different from what was described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
Include a photo of the issue so I can see what happened and respond quickly. I will work with you to find a fair resolution, whether that is a repair, replacement, or refund at my discretion.
If you need to cancel your order, contact me within 24 hours of purchase. If production has not yet begun, I will issue a full refund. After 24 hours, your order is considered in production and the all-sales-final policy applies.
By completing your purchase through The Northern Daisy, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Sale in their entirety.
